5-bedroom luxury retreat by Charles Bridge

Beautiful big apartment in old Prague Positive: Fantastic large apartment in an amazing location. Check in was easy, furniture modern, lots of space, big kitchen and bathrooms, very warm in the middle of a cold winter. Apartment was beautiful. Negative: Really nothing to criticise, it was a great stay. Perhaps more pillows would be good.

We had a very good stay and are thankful for our stay at the heart of Prague. Positive: The location was great and relatively quiet. It accommodated our large family group well. The kitchen was well-stocked and functional. We appreciated the welcome gifts including coffee pods. The rooms were a nice size and the bathrooms spacious. Having one large living area was perfect for us! Negative: We had issues with the main bathroom shower not draining and although we heard back that maintenance was called, it was a problem the whole week. Also, the amount of things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods needed for 10 people was far more than provided and it felt bothersome to keep asking. The lack of air conditioning was a problem for us during a heat wave- although there was one unit on the top floor.

Negative: Hiába jeleztem foglaláskor, majd a fizetéskor, majd megérkezés előtt, majd az utazás után is, hogy kérek szépen céges számlát, de nem kaptam. Felháborítónak tartom, hogy így kezelik a vendégek kéréseit. Bosszantó és nagyon szomorú hozzállás.

Everything was clean, very comfortable, it had everything you need for a good vacation. Top quality. Best location possible.
