Beautifully renovated apartment at Lesser Town Square

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja na Malej Stranie w ustronnej części placu, co sprawiało, że było cicho i spokojnie. Do Mostu Karola kilka minut piechotą, tak samo na Zamek Królewski. Fajnie urządzone apartamenty, przestronne pokoje i łazienka. Negative: Przydałby się ekspres na kapsułki, ten co był w naszym apartamencie, to tak trochę "na sztukę". Poza tym nie mam żadnych negatywnych uwag co do samego apartamentu. Trochę kłopotliwe zakwaterowanie i odbiór kluczy. W ofercie na stronie Booking oraz w otrzymanych od obiektu wiadomościach nie wspomniano nic o pobraniu kaucji w Euro. Check-in robiony telefonem komórkowym na miejscu trwał około godziny, także to można by usprawnić.

Everything about the apartment was great except the cleanliness. Positive: Excellent location. Building had lots of character. Apartment was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. Negative: The floor was filthy. It was as if it had not been vacuumed or mopped in quite a while. There was hair, debris and dirt on the rugs and built up in the corners of the hard floors. The bathroom floor was so dirty that the damp white bathmat turned grey on the underside. Unfortunately I did not bring slippers, I wore socks inside and it did not take long for the underside of my socks to become grubby from the floors. There was also cutlery left in the dishwasher when I checked in.

Lovely renovated apartment in Mala strana but need some effort to make apartment more accommodating. Positive: Nicely furnished, clean, pleasant but there could be more effort to make things livable. For example facial tissues, dish towels in kitchen, more than 1 towel per person.
