exceptional location, comfort and location

Great place and location, all matched description and our expectations. Positive: Location was great and the size was perfect for our family of 5. Welcome gift was a nice touch. Negative: The shower head was missing, shower not draining well. Pillows too fat, no other options available. Minimal supplies provided for the length of stay i.e toilet paper and coffee. Would benefit from some instructions for washer / dryer, the dryer would stop working after 5 mins.

Positive: good location in Old Town all within walking distance but tranquil environment. Very spacious apartment, nicely decorated and abundant utilities. Very new & clean as well. Recommended. Negative: key collection a bit confusing. The luggage storage is not 24/7
