Many major landmarks are very close, yet the apartment itself is quiet. Overall, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner responds to messages quite quickly. Negative: On the downside: the key must be collected at a different address a few blocks away, which is a bit inconvenient. The water heater was not working when we arrived. We came late in the evening and couldn’t take a shower, and it was fixed only around noon the next day, so the morning was also without hot water. In addition, there were quite a few crumbs and a candy wrapper on the carpet under the dining table, and a piece of glass on the floor in another room. The mirror in the living room was dirty, and there were someone’s old socks under one of the beds. Another issue is the bathroom shower system — it’s very impractical. The water inevitably splashes all around and onto the floor. There are even warning signs about this on the bathroom walls, but the only way to keep the floor dry would be not to shower at all.

This apartment is in the most perfect location, not too far from all attractions, and tucked along a quiet street. The space itself is very nice with plenty of room to relax, play cards, or hide away for a moment, and has a nice mix of modern updates and old Prague architecture.

First time to Prague and truly had no idea where to book, we had a group and I needed certain criteria and this fit the bill. I am so glad we found this place. It was clean, really nicely decorated, unique little windows and overall charming. The location was quiet, yet there were SO many great places to eat and see. Being so close to the Charles Bridge was more delightful than I could have imagined. Communication was great with property management and much to my wonderful surprise, they had portable AC units for us waiting...what a dream! It was hot for us Americans :) and this brought great relief. I would just say, I didn't realize I was dealing with an outside management company (EasyBnb) - and at first I was really concerned, as I prefer to work with VRBO being the "middle man" and VRBO processes my payments...so I got a anxious prior to arriving. BUT turns out, EasyBnb is great, excellent communication, great people. There is also another note to make, the bathrooms are a little different than I am used to, and you really have to be careful not to get water outside the tub/shower. We were very aware of this prior to renting so we were vigilant. I gave this place 5 stars because if I could have it would have exceeded that rating. I loved it and want to go back!
