Modern 1-bedroom apartment with sea view on La Croisette

Lovely apartment with an amazing view Positive: The apartment matched the description and pictures on the listing. It was clean, modern and well-equipped. It was in a good location about 25 minutes walk into the centre of Cannes. The terrace was large and with a fantastic view over the bay. There are a couple of small mini-markets and a good boulangerie within about a 5-10 minutes walk. Communication was good and we were met by the Property Manager Aneta who was very pleasant and helpful. Negative: A very minor grumble - from the bedroom we could hear the noise of the hot water heater which seemed to be running constantly. The larger dinner plates did not fit upright into the very small dishwasher.

Positive: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé sur la Croisette, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons eu la chance d'assister depuis le balcon au magnifique feu d’artifice du Festival d’Art Pyrotechnique le 22 juillet — un moment inoubliable ! La plage est juste en face, et le centre de Cannes se rejoint facilement à pied en 15 minutes en longeant le magnifique boulevard, avec des vues splendides tout au long de la promenade. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le linge de lit est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le seul petit bémol : il manquait une table sur le balcon pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des repas avec vue sur la mer. D’autant plus que le balcon est très grand — bien plus spacieux que ce que laissent penser les photos de l’annonce. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
