Frustrating check-in and host communication Negative: Despite booking through this platform, the hosts refused to communicate here, instead redirecting us to an external third-party app that required a separate login and verification process to get the PDF instructions. Furthermore, when we requested information about an early check-in, the hosts promised to follow up but ultimately ghosted us. Inconvenient Key Pickup While self-check-in via a lockbox is standard, the key box was located a 4-minute walk away from the apartment. This is particularly inconvenient when traveling with heavy luggage after early morning flights and transfers. In-person check-in is available only for an extra fee. Upon arrival on a 27°C day, the apartment's heated floors were left running, causing the indoor temperature to reach an uncomfortable 30°C. Excessive and Threatening Rules House rules were scattered across four different locations and communicated aggressively. Rather than standard instructions, rules regarding basic tasks like waste disposal were accompanied by heavy-handed threats of financial penalties, deposit deductions, and surveillance monitoring. While the apartment itself is rather nice despite the moldy bathroom, the hosting management needs significant improvement in hospitality, guest communication, and check-in efficiency.

Beautiful and well located Positive: Great location, easy self check in, close walk to tram #5 for Old Town. The apartment building is gorgeous!(art nouveau style?). The room was bright and clean. The verandah and washing machine were a great bonus! There is a fabulous small beer shop on one corner, a wine bar with nice Czech wine (try the Ryzlink Vlassky) nearby and also a second hand clothes shop where we picked up some bargains. I would recommend bringing eyeshades and earplugs as the curtains were too small and the morning sun gets up earlier than I do ha ha! Also the thermostat in the bathroom clicks on and off really noisily. It took us a while to turn it off successfully - navigate to off and then you have to press "ok" or it will keep coming back on.
