Modern Spacious Flat with a Terrace and a Parking by EasyBNB Premium

Modern aparatment with a great terrace in a nice neighbourhood. Just what we were looking for. Positive: Nice neighborhood. A thirty-minute walk to the center, or a few minutes via metro (entrance close by). Quiet area and a great terrace (we've been in Prague several times and what passes for terraces at some places is laughable - this one qualifies in every aspect). Self-check-in is fairly simple, somewhat tricky with a car, as you need to stop in the "middle of the street" if no parking spots are available both at the first and second pickup. Heated bathroom floors - very nice. Negative: The hallways are a bit labyrinthine, and it's easy to lose one's way. You figure it out after a day or two :-) One set of keys provided - not a great inconvenience, but inconvenience still, especially for parties of more than one. Would appreciate some generic coffee in the apartment, and not needing to hit the store immediately after an 8+ hour drive.

No vale el precio para la experiencia. Positive: ubicacion Negative: Pedí que una persona nos recibiera y nos entregara la llave en el depto., no había nadie esperándonos. La llave se retira lejos del depto., y yo viajé con mis 2 hijas pequeñas. Finalmente, esa noche nos fuimos a un hotel, generándonos un costo extra. La mañana siguiente, llegamos al depto, no había agua en todo el edificio. Avisé y solo horas después me contactaron de la administración de arriendo del depto, pregunté a los vecinos y ellos estaban informados del corte de agua y, me comentaron, que el agua retornaba a las 18:00 hrs. Resumen estuvimos en condiciones sanitarias deplorables todo el día, hasta las 19:30. Raro, que nadie nos estuvo esperando? Cero compensación por todas estas molestias.
