DOT 3BDR Apartment with Parking & A/C

Positive: Piękny apartament. Czysciutki, wyposażony, bardzo przestronny, wygodne, duże łóżka i dwie łazienki. Idealna lokalizacja. Polecam z całego serca.

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and exceptionally clean. Also, the location couldn't be better just a few steps away from the Palladium shopping mall and the city center. Above all, what made our trip so seamless was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Jana and the entire EasyBNB team! You were incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful, answering all our questions quickly both before our arrival and throughout our stay in Prague . Thank you so much for a great apartment and top-notch service. We would love to come back again!

No luxury here! Bare bones rental, everything worn & damaged. Filthy hall hasn’t been cleaned/repaired in ages. Tiny slow old elevator fits 1 person with small suitcase to 5th floor. Takes 30 minutes for multiple people to arrive unless you take stairs. Worst part: no keys! Keyless entry app takes a while to load which created headaches when my phone battery died & we couldn’t get inside. Other tenants have same complaint; owner does nothing to fix the problem. Bugs all over ceilings & window sills; bitten throughout our stay despite buying bug spray (& left it for next tenant).Everything worn & damaged: floors, window shades, kitchen table, walls, countertop… doors don’t close properly & have to be slammed. Strobe lights in entry hall. Toilet bowl was rusted. Plenty of dead plants. Refrigerator wasn’t turned on. No tissues, only a few rolls of cheap toilet paper.Mattresses are only 4” pads on a platform 12” from the ground. One bed wasn’t made. Beds have flat pillows & thin comforters. Only 3 towels & hand towels for 3 guests to hang on tiny knobs; towels never dry. Large sink & no place for toiletries; hair appliance have to be used in the sink! Bathroom switch randomly played Latin music. Needed phone flashlight to see washer dials, never found hall switch. 1 small load took 2.5 hours. Neighbors constantly slammed doors and stomped throughout night. Bar singalong ended 1 AM. Church bells next door ring 24/7. No sleep here! Tiny view of Prague Castle from kitchen sink

Absolutely lovely! Positive: The views from the kitchen and living room are incredible! The apartment is very spacious, well-appointed, has beautiful bathrooms, and it has a working washer and dryer! Its location is also unbeatable. Negative: There are 10-12 steps to the apartment, and they were a bit hard for my 81-year-old mother-in-law. However, we would have stayed there one extra night had it been available.
