Ausgezeichnetes Apartment Positive: Zentrumsnahe, sehr hübsche Wohnung, Parkplatz inklusive. Der Ausblick ist beeindruckend! Super hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Negative: Leichter Rohrgeruch in einem Badezimmer, aber vielleicht war das ein momentanes Problem.

Stayed for 4 nights; AC stopped working on the 3rd day. I messaged host multiple times, kept telling me on their monitor they see it is working, until I sent a video. But still no one was sent to fix issue. 2 nights thus were uncomfortable and the heading on the listing literally advertises AC. It only worked half the time. Parking is not onsite, about a block away. Not disclosed in listing. You need to have stable internet at all times to unlock the room. The elevator only goes to 4th floor; room is in 6th floor so you need to climb 2 flights of stairs, one of them winding. I had an 80 YO family member and she had a hard time. This should have been disclosed as the advertisement on listing indicates there is an elevator and this was 1 reason I chose this place. Questions sent before check in not answered.

Positive: Понравилось Нам всё, местоположение отличное, сами апартаменты отличные, впечатлило в родительской спальне отдельный санузел, гараж тоже был очень хороший и удобный. Negative: Для того чтобы попасть в квартиру необходимо иметь приложение и интернет. было бы легче если бы была электронная карта для открытия дверей
