KIP Old Town Modern Apartment with Free Parking & A/C

Positive: Pekny, cisty a moderny apartman. Vynikajuca lokalita, parkovanie v cene kusok od ubytovania-TOP. Ocenujem komunikaciu ako aj vsetky popisy/manualy k pristupom do bytu, garaze atd.

Tolles Appartement in Zentrumsnähe mit eigenem Parkplatz Positive: Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum ist top! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Appartements waren hervorragend, die Tiefgarage in der Nähe ist super, ansonsten wäre es mit Parkplätzen in Zentrumsnähe schwierig geworden. Negative: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat leider nicht funktoniert und wir sind bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer nur in der Warteschleife gehangen. Erst durch großartige Unterstützung eines bemühten einheimischen Passanten und dessen längerem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter Easy BNB Premium wurde der elektronische Zugangscode zugesandt obwohl alles im Vorhinein bezahlt wurde und die Kaution hinterlegt war. Ohne diese Unterstützung wären wir vor der Tür gestanden und hätten keinen Zugang zum Gebäude und Appartement gehabt.

Positive: Wspaniały apartament, mega czysto, świeżo po remoncie za niewielką cene, wspaniała lokalizacja! Negative: Nie mam uwag

Positive: Great location, clean, easy to use, has everything you need.

Positive: Reasonably comfortable (some noise issues). Clean and fresh. Good location for Old Town. Parking worked ok once I got the hang of it (EasyBNB took no responsibility for it whatsoever). Negative: 1. Keyless entry system only worked when we had WiFi. It usually dropped out between the front door and the apartment door which was rather disconcerting. 2. The pretty ancient looking lift looked poorly maintained and was temperamental. EasyBNB staff also took no responsibility for this and were little help when we contacted them for assistance. First time was on check-in when we had a fair amount of luggage and could not get the lift to work. No laughing matter given that the alternative was 10 flights of stairs. Our 2nd lift incident was when I got trapped in the lift on ground floor. I pressed the alarm several times but noone came to my assistance. When I contacted EasyBNB staff they did not offer any assistance and again said it was not their responsibility. I managed to move the lift to the 1st floor where I managed to exit. The problems appeared to revolve around the ground floor door, so after this we only used the lift between 1st and 5th floors, which was not very convenient for checking out in particular. 3. Most of the controls in the apartment were electronic but we could not find any instructions apart for a microwave manual in 8 languages I did not recognise. Controlling the lights was particularly awkward. Impossible to use the bathroom during the night without disturbing my partner. 4. Disappointing lack of view given that we were on the 5th floor. We expected to be on the top floor, but there was another apartment above us which led to some noise issues. 5. No proper oven and minimal kitchen equipment. Expected better given the price. 6. Less than clear arrival/parking/unloading arrangements. 7.Limited hot water supply. Barely enough for 2 showers.
