Premium 3BDR Retreat Steps from Charles Bridge

Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt, viel zu teuer für das Gebotene Positive: Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war leider der einzige positive Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts Negative: Der Check-in war sehr kompliziert, mehrere Formulare mussten online ausgefüllt werden und der Schlüssel musste ca. 800 Meter entfernt abgeholt werden. Trotz festgelegter Check-in-Zeit konnten wir nicht direkt in die Unterkunft und mussten mehrfach telefonieren. Im Badezimmer lief während des gesamten Aufenthalts dauerhaft Wasser. Obwohl wir den Defekt mehrfach gemeldet und sogar ein Video geschickt haben, wurde das Problem nicht behoben und ignorierte Zusätzlich befanden sich Insekten im Zimmer, die sogar über das Bett liefen. Auch die Schlüsselsituation war sehr unpraktisch. Für nahezu alles wurde ein Schlüssel benötigt. Selbst die Toilettentür konnte nicht von innen verschlossen werden. Auf unsere Nachfrage erhielten wir lediglich die Antwort, dass dies „normal“ sei. Insgesamt waren wir vom Service, der Sauberkeit und der Organisation sehr enttäuscht.

Positive: Die Lage war super, nahe Lennon Wall und Karlsbrücke, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten ein technisches Problem, was aber sofort erledigt wurde. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt. Negative: Nichts.

Great location! Clean! Attentive property manager. Unique place! Positive: The location was amazing!!!! The space is great and well laid out for our family of 6 with 4 teens. Property manager is very responsive and nice. Overall is was nice! Negative: The shower situation is difficult. There are several steps inside the apartment (and up to the apartment) so this is not an ideal apartment for elderly or toddlers. One bathroom has a bathtub with a hand shower wand so no showers are possible and water flys all over the tub area and the second shower has a shower wand attached to the wall that doesn't stay up so water also flys all over. American showers did not happen here. Also, the tub shower is dangerous-there is no bar to grip and it's a 2 ft step to get into and out of the tub on a slippery floor. I think a glass wall or installed grip bar would be helpful. In one bedroom there is an area at the foot of the bed that is 3 steps down into a little alcove into the floor. And then 3 steps back up to the other side of the bed. I'm not sure what purpose it served or serves now but it's very dangerous if you had someone sleeping on the other side of the bed as they might wake up and not remember it's there and fall 3 steps into an alcove. My daughter never needed to go in the direction of the hole but the bed is made for 2 people and the person on the other side would need to remember in the middle of the night and morning there was a hole.

L'emplacement est absolument exceptionnel ! Central et au calme dans un quartier où on se sent en sécurité et à quelques minutes à pied des sites touristiques. L'appartement possède un charme fou. Les pièces sont spacieuses et chaleureuses. Certaines choses sont toutefois à revoir : il n'y avait pas de torchon, ce qui était assez problématique et surtout la lumière était un problème notamment dans la suite parentale, en effet une des fenêtres n'avait pas de rideaux, l'autre avait un store qui fermait très mal et la porte étant vitré chaque fois que quelqu'un allait aux toilettes ou dans la salle de bain à côté, on était réveillés...
