Nieetyczne praktyki Positive: Na pierwszy rzut oka apartament wygląda dobrze – jest przestronny i w dobrej lokalizacji. Niestety rzeczywistość okazała się mniej komfortowa. Negative: W nocy w budynku nie było praktycznie mowy o ciszy nocnej. Z innych apartamentów dochodził hałas, który uniemożliwiał normalne otwarcie okien i spokojny sen. Brak realnej kontroli nad zachowaniem gości w budynku jest odczuwalny. Najgorsze jednak wydarzyło się po wymeldowaniu. Około 7 godzin po wyjeździe, gdy byliśmy już w domu, dostaliśmy informację, że rzekomo uszkodziliśmy lampkę nocną i potrącają nam 45 EUR z kaucji. Nie zrobiliśmy żadnej szkody. Opuściliśmy apartament w nienaruszonym stanie, dokładnie po sobie posprzątaliśmy. W pokoju, którego dotyczy sprawa, spaliśmy – lampki nocne nie były przez nas nawet używane. Jako dowód otrzymaliśmy jedno zdjęcie pękniętej lampki nocnej wykonane po naszym wyjeździe. Nie przedstawiono żadnej dokumentacji sprzed naszego pobytu ani żadnego dowodu, że uszkodzenie powstało w trakcie naszego pobytu. Takie zdjęcie można wykonać w dowolnym momencie. Równie dobrze lampka mogła zostać uszkodzona podczas sprzątania albo „przywędrować” z innego apartamentu – nie ma żadnego obiektywnego potwierdzenia, że to my jesteśmy za to odpowiedzialni. Co więcej, obciążono nas kosztem dwóch lampek nocnych, tłumacząc to „spójnością wizualną”. Gość nie powinien finansować wymiany całego kompletu tylko dlatego, że obiekt chce zachować estetykę. Brak jednoznacznych dowodów, a mimo to kaucja została zatrzymana. To bardzo niepokojące. Jeśli planujecie pobyt w tym miejscu – dokumentujcie dokładnie stan mieszkania przy wejściu i wyjściu. My tego nie zrobiliśmy i tego żałujemy. Szkoda, bo mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale hałas w nocy i sposób rozliczenia kaucji skutecznie zniechęcają do powrotu.

L'emplacement est absolument exceptionnel ! Central et au calme dans un quartier où on se sent en sécurité et à quelques minutes à pied des sites touristiques. L'appartement possède un charme fou. Les pièces sont spacieuses et chaleureuses. Certaines choses sont toutefois à revoir : il n'y avait pas de torchon, ce qui était assez problématique et surtout la lumière était un problème notamment dans la suite parentale, en effet une des fenêtres n'avait pas de rideaux, l'autre avait un store qui fermait très mal et la porte étant vitré chaque fois que quelqu'un allait aux toilettes ou dans la salle de bain à côté, on était réveillés...

This apartment could not have been more perfect for our stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket of fruit, Prosecco and special tea. They even had a charming Christmas tree for us to help celebrate our holiday. The location was fantastic with a little grocery shop and the Charles bridge just steps away. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable. Places to eat were steps away. Could not be happier with our stay. We left with wonderful memories of our stay in Prague

In conclusion: if the cleaning service is improved and a shower partition is installed in the bathroom, it would be a pe Positive: The apartment is very beautiful and located in a wonderful area. Many major landmarks are very close, yet the apartment itself is quiet. Overall, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner responds to messages quite quickly. Negative: On the downside: the key must be collected at a different address a few blocks away, which is a bit inconvenient. The water heater was not working when we arrived. We came late in the evening and couldn’t take a shower, and it was fixed only around noon the next day, so the morning was also without hot water. In addition, there were quite a few crumbs and a candy wrapper on the carpet under the dining table, and a piece of glass on the floor in another room. The mirror in the living room was dirty, and there were someone’s old socks under one of the beds. Another issue is the bathroom shower system — it’s very impractical. The water inevitably splashes all around and onto the floor. There are even warning signs about this on the bathroom walls, but the only way to keep the floor dry would be not to shower at all.

This apartment is in the most perfect location, not too far from all attractions, and tucked along a quiet street. The space itself is very nice with plenty of room to relax, play cards, or hide away for a moment, and has a nice mix of modern updates and old Prague architecture.
