Superior 4BDR Apartment Steps from Charles Bridge

Positive: Stones Throw from Charles Bridge & a short 10/min walk into the shops/ old town square. Each bedroom very spacious, the apartments got everything you need. Very quiet location too at night. Negative: Once you arrive at the apartment. You then have to walk 800m up over Charles bridge to the fetch the key. which I think if someone with disability or elderly this would be a struggle.

Do Not Stay Here In The Summer. This apartment is very spacious and had 4 large rooms that were perfect for our family of 5 and it is very close to the Charles Bridge. That’s where the positives end. When we got the check in instructions we found out that the key pick up was an 8 minute walk from the apartment. When we arrived, the temperature inside the apartment was 29 C. That’s when we learned that there is no AC in this building. I had not read a review discussing this fact and it is not listed in the details of the apartment. We turned on the fans provided in the rooms hoping it would cool off. It didn’t. Knowing Prague was in a heat wave, I kindly messaged asking for a few more fans. 24 hours later I messaged again asking about fans and was told that they would look into it. I then replied that our stay is very uncomfortable as we were hoping to use the living room but can’t because it is so hot. The person responding sent this message:“Thank you for your message, but the heat wave is all around prague and we have other apartments and reservations that they have only 1 requesting as well and we are trying to make a way for everyone so it is gonna take some time.Regards,Your easyBNB team”Then I never heard from them again. We booked 3 nights in this apartment and it was miserable. The temperature never dropped below 29 C. It made for a very unpleasant stay. Next time we come to Prague, I will be sure to confirm that the hotel has AC.

Perfekt für große Gruppen in bester Lage! Positive: Perfekt für große Gruppen in bester Lage! Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist einfach unschlagbar – direkt neben der Karlsbrücke und der Lennon Wall. Die Unterkunft selbst ist riesig und bietet selbst für 10 Personen unglaublich viel Platz. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Zur Begrüßung lag sogar Schokolade auf dem Tisch! Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von easybnb war hervorragend: Bei Fragen haben sie extrem schnell geantwortet. Einzig die Klimaanlage war für das heiße Wetter etwas zu schwach, aber glücklicherweise gab es in jedem Zimmer einen Ventilator. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Highly recommend, especially if traveling with a family! Positive: Very spacious and clean. Great location near Charles Bridge, but surprisingly quiet. Quite lovely. It was a perfect place to stay at the end of our trip. Everyone had their own room! Negative: Check in was frustrating. The check-in link didn’t work properly and so I went directly to the property hoping to get some in person help but there was no one there. After some moderate difficulty and frustration standing outside in the sweltering sun, we were able to contact a live person who helped us! However, the place we had to go to pick up the key was a 10 minute walk away! But once we had the keys, everything else was perfect except for the heat! No A/C, but lots of windows and fans.

Location Location Location. We loved being right in the heart of Prague with the conveniences an apartment has to offer. Plenty of room for 7-8 people.
